What is EMOS licence procurement and support?

This covers licence sourcing, subscription administration, account setup coordination and EMOS support during the subscription period.

It is charged once per subscription line per month — the greater of UGX 200,000 or 10% of the monthly vendor licence subtotal — never per user. VAT is added once, after this fee.
